In 2002, and after 10 years working as a motion graphics designer for TV and advertising director, he began his career in the VFX industry, with projects such as “Hable con ella” and “Guerreros”.
Since then he has participated in more than 80 projects as a VFX composer and as a VFX designer and supervisor in the film and television industry.
In 2007 he was nominated for the first time for the Goya Awards of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences of Spain, in the category of Best Special Effect (digital) for his work in the film “Salvador (Puig Antich)” .

After several years of being nominated, in 2011 he finally got one of his efforts recognized by winning the Goya Award for Best Special Effects for the film “Balada Triste de Trumpeta”.
In 2015 he repeated this great feat and once again won the Goya award for Best Special Effects for the film “Las Brujas de Zugarramurdi”.
