Creating the worlds of “Apocalypse Z: The Beginning of the End”
In this talk we will break down the entire creative and technical process that the VFX team faces when we start a production like “Apocalypse Z: The Beginning of the End” with an apocalyptic theme, in which the world has been invaded by the infected. We will focus on the perspective of the visual effects supervisor in this entire creative process, in which we will break down the steps to follow from pre-production to the final result, going through the breakdown of the script with the director, the concepts, visual references, supervision on set, asset design, and the final execution in composition.
